It was my husband & I’s first time purchasing a home and David was not just our realtor but quickly also became a friend.He went above and BEYOND to get us our home. He’s such a knowledgeable person and a great teacher as well! He made sure to share the entire home buying process and educated us on everything we needed to know. His negotiation skills are the reason why we saved SO much money and were able to allocate money towards renovations. It’s also the reason why we even got our offer accepted! He did a wonderful job sharing our story and the seller chose us instead of a higher offer. I’m still amazed at how everything played out and to be honest, it’s all because of David. We had an extremely short timeframe to search, buy and also move in. I don’t know how he did it but David made it happen! He guaranteed me in the beginning but I started to doubt him because I got nervous at the limited time we had. However, David proved me wrong and made it happen at the PERFECT timing. It was a wonderful experience 10/10. There were other parties that were challenging to work with but David was on our side the whole time and made sure to get those individuals in line.
